The Procurement Transformation Network official kick-off !

Thierry Jaffry - May 4, 2017

Why the Procurement transformation Network ?

The Procurement function is facing a constant and deep transformation, on changing on every aspects : processes, skills and technologies. Historically considered as an administrative and controlling mission, it has become a growth driver beyond savings, through levers like innovation or risk management.

Procurement managers and CPOs need to share best practices, from their industry vertical but also from outside. How to train buyers ? What risk management process to implement ? What are the new Source-to-Pay tools ? What will Artificial Intelligence bring to my function ? All theses questions will be the focus of our discussions.

The objective is to bring together Supply Chain/Procurement Managers and CPOs through quarterly meetings, lunch & learns, collaborative tools, webinars…

Kick-off !

During the last couple of months, we have searched for the best way to support the procurement community. Following the feedback from ProcureCon Canada 2017 (Toronto), we have decided to found the Procurement Transformation Network in Montreal.

The community kick-off meeting will be hosted at KPMG office (600 Boulevard de Maisonneuve O – 15th  Floor), on a HappyHour format from 5 to 7pm, on July 13th 2017.
